Abstract：This paper makes a qualitative analysis of the deep development of military-civilian integration about meteorological and marine hydrological equipment,explains the influence of top-level design such as system construction,strategic planning and supporting policies on the deep development of military-civilian integration,and discusses how to carry out cooperative research of equipment and meteorological data sharing.Suggestions on integrated development and optimization of human resources allocation are put forward,which will be providing a reference for promoting the modernization of meteorological,marine and hydrological equipment.
