Abstract:Using conventional meteorological observation data and ECMCF numerical forecast products,this paper makes a synoptic diagnosis and analysis of a large-scale continuous sandstorm weather process in Yannaoer city from April 9 to 11,2019.According to the weather conditions,the evolution of high-altitude and surface circulation situation is analyzed in detail.The high and low air jet,stratification conditions,satellite cloud image and single station surface meteorological elements data are analyzed,and finally the conclusion is drawn.The conclusions are helpful for further understanding the climatological characteristics of sandstorm in central and western Inner Mongolia.
