Abstract Abstract: SDH-13D sounding instrument advent has for many years, with its stable performance, low price advantage, is still common (national each unit of equipment more than 1200 sets of a shallow sea sounding equipment, this paper analyzes the influential SDH 13D sounding instrument - submarine small target detection capacity factors, the paper discusses how to improve technology and method to achieve finally improve sounding instrument undersea small target detection capability.
