Abstract  The composing and working process of scanning back charging modulator in high voltage of transmitter-subsystem of Doppler weather radar are expounded through a typical malfunction analysis and processing of overcurrent fault of IGBT. It discloses the maintenance point of transmitter subsystem of Doppler weather radar and provides help for this type of problems.
