Abstract This paper classifies the common faults of ZQZ-TF wind sensor.And the failure phenomenon,the causes and elimination methods are given out.An instrument troubleshooting has been taken a practical example to sort out and the exclusion process for the similar faults is summarized.The effective measures for sensor cable design,strapping cable installation and cable tube layout are proposed.According to the experience of daily operation and maintenance process,the maintenance methods for the wind sensor are summed up.
