Abstract DZZ5 new automatic weather station,that is a multi-functional comprehensive weather observing system,is specially designed and developed to meet the needs of the China meteorological administration for ground meteorological detecting services.Contrasting the tests after several years of business,it has gradually operated in scale.This paper introduces the system structure,working principle and common failures in the daily maintenance of DZZ5 new automatic weather station,providing experiences and references for station operating staff.
