Abstract There are 9 L-band radar sounding stations in Gansu province,and there are no perfect comprehensive accurate testing methods for radar main indicators.So the existing faults are in a passive position.This paper summarizes the testing methods of L-band radar and gives the main parameters of the test image,steps and the related block diagram,which can discover problems in time and offer references for the personnel engaged in the work of related businesses.
