Abstract In the process of testing the acid rain assessment sample from the meteorological observation center,the unopened sample should be placed in the acid rain laboratory for 5 hours to make temperature equilibrium among distilled water,newly configured standard buffer solution,and the instrumentation.Specific requirements for laboratory environment,vessel cleaning and acid rain instrumentation debugging are required.The temperature-balanced water sample is divided into 3 parts,testing them separately with 2 sets of equipment.And a detailed introduction to the specific operation method is given out.The standard pH values of the standard buffer solution at different temperature are calculated by interpolation to 0.5 ℃ according to the specification.
