Diagnosis and analysis on the typical fault of CINRAD/SB radar servo system |

Abstract This paper mainly introduces the composition and signal flow of CINRAD/SB radar servo system.According to the working principle of the servo system,8 basic key signal flows are summarized.By means of the signal flow,7 fault diagnosis methods of radar are studied.Combined with the fault diagnosis methods,the failure cases such as servo cannot be powered on,the slip ring malfunction and control longitude differences are analyzed.The servo system diagnosis methods can effectively shorten the radar fault maintenance time and improve the radar operational availability.
