Abstract Based on the process framework of lightning disaster risk calculation in GB/T 21714.22015/IEC 62305-2 QX/T 2010 Protection against LightningPart 2:Risk Management and QX/T 852018 Technical Specification for Risk Assessment of Lightning Disaster,combined with a specific example of X-band phased array weather radar in Zhaoqing City,this paper introduces the design and application of GUI program for lightning damage risk assessment based on Python language.The GUI program realizes the function of rapid selection and calculation of parameters in a single risk zone,effectively improves the work efficiency of lightning protection technicians,and can provide strong support for daily work of lightning protection technicians.
