Comparative analysis of data from old and new automatic meteorological stations in Jiuquan |

Abstract The article conducts statistical analysis on the hourly temperature,relative humidity,and 2 minutes average wind speed data of the new and old automatic meteorological stations in Jiuquan from January to May 2022.Based on Matlab,the data consistency rate and gross error rate are analyzed and calculated,and it is found that the consistency rate of temperature,relative humidity,and 2 minutes average wind speed is high,while the gross error rate is low.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the influencing factors of the data differences between the two stations mainly include equipment structure,working principle,and service life.Analyzing the data differences between the two stations is beneficial for obtaining more accurate meteorological data.
