Abstract  The article addresses the issue of incomplete historical data in Guangzhou's automatic weather stations.Based on rule engines and data annotation techniques,a method is designed to define inspection rules by configuring inspection indicators,dynamically construct data inspection tasks,and perform quality analysis and annotation on historical data.The integrity of minute data in Guangzhou's automatic weather stations from 2000 to 2022 is compiled,and the integrity and patterns of historical data from more than 20 years of automatic weather stations are analyzed,aiming to enhance the availability and convenience of historical data.
