Research on road scouring based on ArcGIS technology —— Taking the Shangdu Zhenglan Banner wind power base as an example |

Abstract In order to deal with the problem of road scouring caused by short-term heavy rainfall in wind power base and other engineering projects,this paper takes Zhenglan Banner wind power base in Inner Mongolia as the research area,uses elevation data and rainstorm data,based on ArcGIS technology and Manning formula,proposes a research method to calculated regional velocity.The results show that this method requires less data,the calculation results are reliable,and the method is easy to operate.The flow velocity range of Zhenglan 1,Zhenglan 2,and Zhenglan 3 is 0.02 to 8.90 m3/s,and there are differences in the degree of road erosion corresponding to different regions.
