Abstract In order to reduce the losses caused by lightning strikes in the Lushan forest area,this article uses historical lightning data and lightning strike investigation reports to divide the lightning risk areas and high-risk key areas in the Lushan forest.Lightning protection measures such as installing lightning rods and grounding bodies are designed to provide reference for forest protection in Lushan.
