Study on identification and defensive countermeasures for a lightning stroke accident in Ningxia |

Abstract Based on a lightning stroke accident occurred in Zhongwei city of Ningxia,this paper analyses the accident from the following five aspects of meteorological data,lightning location monitoring data,peripheral environment,sighting and remanent magnetic test.The check results show that the accident was a lightning strike for the isolated area in an open area.And the lightning flow was released in contact with voltage and counterattack,which caused injuries.Based on the statistical results of Ningxia lightning disasters,the problems of prevention lightning and disasters in rural areas are analyzed and some countermeasures are proposed.
