Abstract The article is based on the data environment of the meteorological big data cloud platform and adopts the B/S mode to develop the Bijie City expressway traffic meteorological service platform.The system adopts Java+XML+HTTPS technology for the design and development of the Web Services platform,achieving the integration of meteorological observation data and real-time image data.Establish a localized expressway traffic meteorological service framework and logic by combining research on traffic meteorological disaster thresholds and image recognition algorithms.By using strategic transformation to display real-time information,warning information,etc.on the GIS interface,more refined traffic meteorological services are provided to the public.The article focuses on exploring key technologies such as system design ideas,hierarchical architecture,and algorithm models,and introduces the design and implementation of the Bijie City expressway traffic meteorological service platform.
