Analysis of spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of meteorological disaster warning information in Jiangxi Province from 2018 to 2022 |

Abstract Based on the data of meteorological disaster warning signals in Jiangxi Province from 2018 to 2022,statistical analysis and spatial analysis were used to analyze the quantity,level,category,and release area of meteorological disaster warning signals in Jiangxi Province.The temporal and spatial characteristics of meteorological disaster warning signals in Jiangxi Province were studied.The results showed that there was an increasing trend of meteorological disaster warning signals in Jiangxi Province from 2018 to 2022.Yellow warning signals are issued the most frequently,with a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The issuance of red warning signals is minimal,with a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and then increasing again.The number of blue warning signals issued continues to increase,while the number of orange warning signals issued first increases,then decreases,and then increases again.The period from May to August is the peak period for the issuance of meteorological disaster warning signals in Jiangxi Province,accounting for over 66.6% of the total number of warning signals issued throughout the year.Lightning,high temperature,rainstorm,fog and strong wind are the types of warning signals issued most in Jiangxi Province,accounting for more than 88.4% of the total issued.Ganzhou City has the highest number of warning signals issued,while Fuzhou City,Shangrao City,and Jiujiang City have relatively more warning signals issued.Pingxiang City,Xinyu City,and Yingtan City have relatively fewer warning signals issued.
