Abstract The article designs a field verification device of ocean thermometer,which mainly consists of two fixed points and an air thermostat.Based on the principle that the temperature is constant in a certain period of time during the material phase transition,the device can check the data quality of the thermometer installed on the mooring observation platform at the job site,judge the data accuracy,save the sea comparison time and reduce the maintenance cost of the instrument.
