| Analysis of the characteristics of sunshine duration changes in the Wulagai region from 1984 to 2023 |

Abstract In order to better adjust the agricultural structure and optimize the agricultural production layout,this article analyzes the monthly,seasonal,and annual variation characteristics and patterns of sunshine duration in the Wulagai region over the past 40 years,using observed sunshine duration data from 1984 to 2023.The results show that the annual average sunshine duration has shown an upward trend.the average sunshine duration is highest in spring and lowest in winter.the average sunshine duration is highest in May and lowest in December.the maximum monthly sunshine duration occurred in July 2001,while the minimum monthly sunshine duration occurred in December 1991.the percentage of sunshine during the growing season (May to September) is lower than that in other months.
