Abstract The regional automatic weather station (short for the regional station) as the field observation of meteorological instruments affected by the adverse environment,the measurement performance will be declined.Therefore,in order to ensure the accurate,reliable and representative of the data for each element,it is very important to carry out the calibration of the instrument. With reference to the People's Republic of China Meteorological Industry Standard QX/T1-2000 Automatic Weather Station Ⅱ,combined with the actual situation of current regional station,the calibration methods for various sensors are researched.
