Abstract Aiming at the problem of lacking available teaching platform for training surface observation,this paper comes up with the redevelopment on DZZ5 automatic weather station,assembling teaching goals include installing,regular maintenance and troubleshooting methods etc. A hardware training system that meets training needs is researched and developed,which can apply in new automatic weather station of DZZ3,DZZ4 and DZZ6.
