Abstract The system is composed of two modules that are terminals and server.The terminals consist of the mobile terminal and PC terminal.And the mobile terminal is the application of intelligent systems,which can access the PC terminal through the browser.The server is mainly responsible for user management,realization of video call,information push,expert database maintenance,log management and other functions between mobile terminals and PC.This business guidance system makes the security personnel to conduct remote guidance by not showing up in the failure site,and guiding the on-site personnel of the station to eliminate the faults so as to improve the ability and efficiency of meteorological equipment maintenance.
