Abstract The maintenance methods for data communication system of automatic weather station are summarized,taking the DPZ1 integrated hardware controller as the core and improving the efficiency of troubleshooting.Based on the structural layout and different fault forms of this communication system and combining troubleshooting experiences,this paper introduces specific maintenance methods respectively for the core and peripheral equipment,wiring,software and parameters as well as environmental factors.Starting with fault forms,the practical maintenance principles for targeted screening are put forward.And the equipment backup and emergency preparedness suggestions from the point of view of improving the capacity of guarantee are provided.All these provide adequate technical references for the station dealing with this type of communication faults.
