Abstract This paper introduces the internal structure of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller and the definition of communication port.The conversion process of automatic weather station from one to one transmission mode to one to many communication modes through integrated hardware controller are also elaborated.Meanwhile,several of typical failure analysis and troubleshooting methods are listed out.And the corresponding solutions are given out,which can greatly improve the troubleshooting timeless of DPZ1 integrated hardware controller and provide the references for equipment maintenance check and troubleshooting.
