Abstract This paper analyzes the interactive applications of high-altitude and ground-integrated data from four aspects,that are the application of ground temperature,pressure,and humidity data in high altitude exploration periods,the application of surface wind in high-altitude detection and dropping period,the application of ground precipitation data in upper air exploration period and the application of upper-air exploration data in ground cloud observation.Through analysis,whether it is the sounding of a sounding point,or observations at the time of 8 or 20 o'clock on the ground or under special weather or special conditions,can be all done by the method proposed in this paper,gaining access to high-altitude or ground data for interactive correction application and establishing the best treatment solution,which would have significance to improve the quality of integrated services and obtain complete observation data.
