Abstract In order to improve the inspection efficiency of meteorological detection equipment in districts and city of Guangzhou,improve the quality of detection services and the level of detection equipment guarantee,this paper adopts mobile internet,data flow positioning,real-time positioning and trajectory tracking,and intelligent dispatching technology.A handheld maintenance management system "Xunjiantong" based on mobile internet and positioning technology is studied and developed.The promotion and application of the whole process of mobile monitoring and inspection of detection devices,intelligent dispatching of fault alarm orders,and order acceptance and maintenance of equipment operation and maintenance personnel in comprehensive detection business can be realized through online and offline device monitoring and linkage at the municipal and district levels.
