Abstract Based on the B/S frame,this paper realizes the upgrading and rebuilding of lightning monitoring operation system and builds 5 sub-modules,including system access,lightning monitoring,query analysis,lighting strike management and user management.The establishment of Oracle lightning monitoring database helps to complete the screening,quality control and entry of historical data and missing data of ADTD lightning positioning system since the station is built and effectively extend the time series of lightning monitoring data.The system,based on the GIS platform,and on the basis of the realization of real-time monitoring and historical replay of lightning location data,makes the radar data and atmospheric electric field data superimposed,comprehensively displays the actual situation of lightning weather and provides the lightning monitoring service products to the users of provincial,municipal and county levels respectively.
