Abstract In order to improve the accuracy of the data collected by the humidity sensor,this paper analyzes the uncertainty of the verification results of the DHC2 humidity sensor.According to the JJG(Meteorology)003—2011 Humidity Sensor of Automatic Meteorological Station and JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the values measured during the verification process are calculated and analyzed,and the analysis and evaluation of class A and class B uncertainties are carried out.Finally,the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated.The results provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the verification results of humidity sensors.
