Abstract:In order to solve the need of rapid measurement of humidity,according to the principle of water vapor on specific infrared wavelength absorption with the concentration change,based on the analysis of the absorption spectrum of water vapor molecules,this paper designs a kind of practical humidity measurement sensor.And its working principle,technical realization and the situation in real application of the sensor are introduced,fulfilling the fast measurement for the water vapor concentration.The accuracy of the sensor is better than 1%RH in a wide temperature range.At the same time,it has the characteristics of short measuring time and fast response with a wide range of applications in various humidity measurement and verification etc.
