Abstract:According to the verification regulation of humidity sensor,eight humidity sensors are set to different test temperatures for verification.The data obtained are carried out the error and standard deviation analysis and makes a statistics for qualified situations.The results show that the difference of the test ambient temperature will affect the error and standard deviation of the sensor.Especially in the low temperature condition,the instrument calibration failure rate increases significantly.In practical work,the verification points under low temperature should be added to identify the humidity sensor with too large errors.
