摘要 为了提高水文测验结果的精确度,文章分析了水文测验误差形成的原因及解决对策。得出测验误差形成的原因主要有人员工作态度不认真、测验操作与仪器调试不当、数据信息计算方法与模型选用不科学、水文监测仪器不适应复杂工况、测验水流流速与测试水流流量间存在误差等。提出优化信息计算方法与模型选用机制、加强对工作人员的专业培训、科学选定观测点位、改善观测措施与现场工作条件、优化仪器选型与仪器保养维护体系、制订有利于规律自然性检测误差的监测方案等解决对策。以自动化、智能化技术为水文测验赋能,广泛应用智能化设备辅助技术人员对水文监测数据进行更精确的计算分析,以进一步推进水文监测的智能化进程。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of hydrological measurement results,this article analyzes the reasons for the formation of hydrological measurement errors and proposes solutions.The main reasons for the formation of test errors are the lack of serious work attitude of personnel,improper testing operation and instrument debugging,unscientific data information calculation methods and model selection,unsuitability of hydrological monitoring instruments to complex working conditions,and errors between test water flow velocity and test water flow rate components.Propose solutions such as optimizing information calculation methods and model selection mechanisms,strengthening professional training for staff,scientifically selecting observation points,improving observation measures and on-site working conditions,optimizing instrument selection and maintenance systems,and developing monitoring plans that are conducive to detecting errors in regularity and naturalness.Empowering hydrological measurement with automation and intelligent technology,widely using intelligent equipment to assist technical personnel in more accurate calculation and analysis of hydrological monitoring data,in order to further promote the intelligent process of hydrological monitoring.
