Abstract:In order to evaluate the detection performance of RPG-HATPRO microwave radiometer,this paper compares and analyzes the sounding observation data and microwave radiometer data of the sounding observation station in Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province.By comparing the data quality under different observation heights and different weather conditions the instrunment perfirmance was analyed.The results show that the effective detection height of the boundary layer temperature profile of RPG-HATPRO microwave radiometer is 2 000 m.The effective detection height of tropospheric humidity profile is 10 000 m.The detection error distribution of tropospheric temperature data of microwave radiometer shows a tortuous upward trend with increasing height.Precipitation conditions have a certain influence on the accuracy of temperature and humidity data of microwave radiometer.Under the condition of no precipitation,the accuracy of humidity data of microwave radiometer is more stable.The research results provide support for the more effective application of microwave radiometer.
