Abstract:The article uses the data of high temperature days exceeding 32 ℃ from 1971 to 2023 and extreme maximum temperatures from May to August of 1980 to 2023 from Jilin Provincial Meteorological Bureau to analyze the characteristics of high temperature weather changes in Jilin Province using linear trend estimation and moving average methods.The results indicate that the overall trend of high temperature days with an average annual temperature of ≥32 ℃ in Jilin Province is increasing,but the change is not significant.The average annual extreme maximum temperature in Jilin Province from 1980 to 2023 is 37.4 ℃,with an overall upward trend.The climate change tendency rate is 0.057 7℃/a,which has passed the significance level test and indicates that the annual extreme maximum temperature in Jilin Province has a significant upward trend.
