Abstract In order to targeted troubleshoot the problem,a multi-media software platform is designed and developed.The refined fault troubleshooting process of each observation element of DZZ5 automatic meteorological station is embedded.The text,picture and operation video are added in the corresponding fault detection node.Users can follow the process one by one to check the operation,or search for keywords to see the content of the node.At the same time,the fault instance library with keyword query function is provided for the reference of basic-level equipment support operating personnel.
