Abstract In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of DHC1 humidity sensor measurement data,according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,this paper firstly introduces the general method and detailed steps of uncertainty evaluation of DHC1 humidity sensor measurement results.Then,the precision dew-point meter, LF-300X temperature and humidity calibration box, digital multimeter data collector as the standard,digital temperature and humidity pressure recorder,3MS verification system as the auxiliary equipment,DHC1 humidity sensor as the tested table,an example is given to illustrate the evaluation method,and the extended uncertainty evaluation value is given out.
