Abstract This paper introduces a testing and maintenance fixture for charging switch component of CINRAD/SA-D radar transmitter,analyzes the working principle of the charging switch component,and expounds the each component of the fixture.The method of supplying 510 V high voltage power to the switch module is optimized for the fault of high voltage circuit.By analyzing the actual power consumption of the switch component,the load is reduced by increasing the working repetition frequency,while the actual working peak current and waveform remains unchanged,and the switch component testing under low load is realized.The testing and maintenance process of the equipment is introduced,which provides reference for off-line maintenance testing of radar transmitter components.
