Abstract Thunderstorm gale caused by hot thunderstorm at the edge of subtropical high is one of the main disastrous weather in Jiangxi province.By using the data of conventional weather situation,ground observation,satellite cloud image and Jiangxi WebGIS radar puzzle,and adopting methods of statistics,analysis and image recognition,this paper analyzes the process of two thunderstorm gales in Fengcheng city from July 2,2020 to July 3,2020,in order to find out the corresponding forecast index and law,providing reference standard and basis for the forecast of thunderstorm gale weather at the edge of subtropical high.
