Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of summer rainstorm in Wuhu, this paper analyzes the characteristics of temperature, humidity, liquid water content and vertical profile of rainstorm rainstorm by using Wuhu microwave radiometer data, wind profile radar data and meteorological observation data from July to September 2021.The results show that there is temperature inversion near the ground and from 500 m to 1 000 m before the rainstorm.Before the beginning of rainstorm, the absolute humidity of the lower layer at 0 km to 1 km reaches 18 g/m3 to 25 g/m3 or above, the liquid water density at 2 km to 5 km can reach 0.30 g/m3, and the liquid water density at 1 km can reach 0.15 g/m3.There are obvious differences in temperature and humidity characteristics between convective rainstorm and Meiyu fornt rainstorm.The research results provide support for the further application of microwave radiometers.
