Abstract:In order to analyze the relationship between lightning and heavy precipitation,this article uses cloud to ground lightning detection data from the Jiangxi ADTD lightning detection and positioning network system from 2019 to 2021,Jiangxi radar mosaic,and Jingdezhen automatic weather station data to analyze the spatiotemporal distribution of lightning and the characteristics of heavy precipitation in the Jingdezhen area.The results show that lightning in Jingdezhen is mainly negative (accounting for 80.8%),and the lightning intensity is between -50 kA to 50 kA (accounting for 92.9%).Lightning generally occurs from March to September,with the highest frequency of lightning occurring from June to August (accounting for 73.9%).The frequency of lightning is highest from 13:00 to 20:00 in a day (accounting for 66.59%),and lowest from 07:00 to 11:00.The probability of strong lightning occurring during heavy precipitation in Jingdezhen area is relatively high,with echo intensity ≥ 60 dBZ and precipitation intensity exceeding 50 mm/h.Weak lightning may result in heavy precipitation of 30 mm/h to 50 mm/h,with echo intensity ranging from 50 dBZ to 60 dBZ;In the absence of lightning,as long as the echo intensity is between 45 dBZ to 55 dBZ,there may also be heavy precipitation of 30 mm/h to 40 mm/h.The above research provides analytical basis for monitoring and early warning of lightning and heavy precipitation weather in Jingdezhen.
