Abstract:In order to monitor and warn rainstorm and short-time heavy precipitation in Wuning,the article analyzes the weather process of rainstorm from April 3,2023 to April 4,2023 in Wuning by using the data of conventional weather map,ground meteorological data,radar mosaic,etc.,and the principles and analysis methods of synoptic science,radar meteorology,etc.The results indicate that Wuning is influenced by multi-scale weather systems such as the eastward movement of the high-altitude trough,low-level southwest jet stream,shear line,boundary layer super low altitude jet stream ≥16 m/s,and the vigorous development of the surface southwest trough.At 700 hPa,850 hPa,and 925 hPa,the area with high specific humidity gradually shifts northward,and the specific humidity in the Wuning area reaches 12 g·kg-1,located in the area with high water vapor values.The convective effective potential energy reaches 421.6 J·kg-1,the K index is 37 ℃,the Sabouraud index is -2 ℃,the stratification is unstable,the upper is dry and the lower is wet,which is conducive to the occurrence of rainstorm and short-time heavy rainfall in Wuning area.The southwest northeast band echo accompanied by the shear line moves in a southeast direction as a whole,with individual units moving in a northeast direction along the 500 hPa high-altitude wind direction.The strong single element on the echo band reached 45 dBZ to 55 dBZ,resulting in a short-term heavy rainfall of 34.4 mm/h in Dadong Township and 41.7 mm/h in Zhongcun,Shimenlou.It is hoped that the research results can provide reference for early warning and forecasting of rainstorm and short-term heavy precipitation in Wuning County.
