Abstract:In order to accurately evaluate the performance of the new ZQZ-TF wind speed sensor, the Hainan Meteorological Observation Center organized a comparative analysis between the new wind speed sensor and the original wind speed sensor. The results showed that the calibration before the experiment indicated that the starting wind speed of the new wind speed sensor was more sensitive than that of the original wind speed sensor. At low wind speeds below 1 m/s,the 2-minute average wind speed of the new wind speed sensor was higher than that of the original wind speed sensor. When the wind speed is above 1 m/s,the 2-minute average wind speed of the two sensors is basically the same. The new wind speed sensor is more sensitive to the start-up wind speed in spring and summer than the original wind speed sensor. After the experiment, calibration showed that the starting wind speed of the new wind speed sensor was just qualified, but the starting wind speed of the original wind speed sensor was not qualified.
