Abstract:In order to study the differences in the comprehensive identification of haze phenomena between aerosol and visibility methods, based on the minute data of haze phenomena from three national basic meteorological stations in Dongying from 2016 to 2023,statistical methods were used to analyze the daily number and frequency changes of haze phenomena identified by the two methods. The results showed that the two methods had similar results in identifying fog,but compared with visibility identification, aerosol identification showed a significant increase in haze phenomena and a significant decrease in light fog, which was caused by the increase in humidity threshold of haze.Compared with visibility recognition, the frequency of haze occurrence in aerosol comprehensive recognition hours shows an upward trend from 19:00 to 06:00 the next day. From 02:00 to 06:00,the frequency of haze occurrence changes from low valley periods to peak periods.Using aerosol comprehensive identification, the number of light foggy days decreased by 46% and the number of hazy days increased by 1.1 times during the time period. The research results provide reference for optimizing the comprehensive identification method of visual impairment phenomena.
