Application analysis of lidar network in a dust storm over Jiangsu province

Abstract:Based on the comprehensive observation data of aerosol lidar,wind profile radar and other observation data over three sites of Huaian,Taizhou and Taicang,according to the meteorological characteristics of observation period,atmospheric visibility and PM10 data near ground,the aerosol vertical structure in the process of a dust storm from April 17 to 19,2017in Jiangsu province was analyzed in the following three aspects of satellite observation results,laser radar networking and dust transport paths.The stereoscopic observation data are provided for the study of the causes of heavy air pollution,which would provide data support for handling heavy pollution weather.
