Abstract：Based on the statistical data of rainstorm and flood disaster frequency,crop affected area,direct economic loss,etc.in Zhuxi County from 1984 to 2023,combined with the linear trend analysis method,this article studies the characteristics of rainstorm and flood in Zhuxi County from 1984 to 2023 are studied.The results show that the number of annual rainstorm days in Zhuxi County shows a weak increasing trend,and there is a positive correlation between annual storm rainfall and annual precipitation.On this basis,from the perspective of introducing advanced meteorological monitoring technology and building a sound early warning release mechanism,the rainstorm and flood forecasting and early warning countermeasures are proposed to provide support for reducing the losses of rainstorm and flood disasters in Zhuxi County.
