Abstract：Based on MapXtreme,the application system of Hunan mesoscale weather data with.NET frame is constructed.This system achieves geographic information display of meteorological observation data superposition on GIS map and implements the contour color filling and waring display.It is significant to early warning flood prevention,mountain torrents geological hazard and short time strong rainfall,which provide the reliable and intuitive meteorological information in time for all government sectors.
