Abstract：SOA (State Oceanic Administration) officially approved the construction of marine forecasting and disaster reduction of Nantong demonstration areas on September 18,2012. The ultimate goal of the demonstration areas is to establish the forecast warning information service platform. This paper introduces the overall construction and system composition of this platform and describes its realization methods of system function in detail.
