Abstract:This paper introduces the system design,overall architecture,technical methods and technical characteristics of the data quality comparison monitoring platform for the main and standby stations of automatic weather stations.The system design is based on the work requirements of the first-line business duty personnel of the station.The statistical method is used to establish a rapid identification method for abnormal meteorological data of the main backup automatic weather station,and a monitoring platform covering the real-time comparison and display of the main observation data of the automatic weather station and the automatic alarm of abnormal data is developed.The system adopts B/S architecture.The on-duty personnel can obtain the main observation data information of the automatic weather station in real time through Web access and can alarm by SMS and mail,effectively improving the response time of abnormal data and faults,and improving the availability and data quality reliability of the station observation equipment.
