Abstract:Abstract::Using the August 2004 high-altitude meteorological stations in Changsha L-band radar officially running play in July 2009 ended the sounding data, analyzed data from the 5 years of low-level wind of 500 meters sea level trends. The results showed that: the layout of the terrain and building effects of low-level northeasterly winds prevailed within the city of Changsha. The results of this analysis, the Changsha City: urban sustainable development must pursue economic, environmental and social policy of simultaneous development, disaster prevention and mitigation, planning and construction, environmental monitoring and governance have some reference value.
