Abstract:Based on the rainfall data of Weining National Benchmark Meteorological Station and Regional Meteorological Station from 2016 to 2023,this paper obtains the weather characteristics of rainstorm in Weining County through statistical analysis.Combined with the data of rainstorm and flood disaster provided by the County Emergency Management Bureau,it finds the maximum rainfall in different periods of 33 disaster rainstorm days,and uses the percentile method to analyze the maximum rainfall,and establishes the threshold index system of "Three Call Response" in Weining County.The results show that the average annual rainstorm days in Weining County are 23.8 days,and the average annual rainstorm station times are 151.9 stations.The peak value of rainstorm days occurs in June,and the peak value of rainstorm station times occurs in June and July.Rainstorm will occur from April to October,but rainstorm will concentrate in June to September.The distribution of rainstorm days is uneven,with more rainstorm days in the south and east,and less rainstorm days in the northwest.If there is a 1 h accumulated rainfall of 25.0 mm or a 2 h accumulated rainfall of 40 mm or more within Weining,and the rainfall will continue,the "Three Call Response" service should be carried out in a timely manner to effectively play the leading role of the "Three Call Response" in disaster prevention and reduction.
