Abstract:The article analyzes the sustained rainfall process in the Hulunbuir area from July 12th to 14th,2022,using high-altitude and ground conditions,as well as satellites.The results show that the deepening of the eastward and southward movement of the high-altitude cold trough provides a very favorable large-scale environment for this heavy precipitation.The high-level divergence zone is superimposed above the low-level convergence zone,and the high and low altitude systems form strong upward movements.The ground map shows the coordination of cyclonic activity and cold eddies.The low-level jet stream provides sufficient water vapor for the formation of rainstorm.The uplift effect of low-level shear lines and terrain provides dynamic conditions,with a deep wet layer,low level convergence of water vapor flux divergence,high level divergence,high temperature and high humidity in the lower levels,and relatively cold upper levels providing significant unstable energy for convective activity.
